The Company’s net sales revenues in March 2020

The Management Board of OPONEO.PL S.A. provides the information that the initial volume of revenues from net sales achieved by the Company in March 2020 is PLN 68,981,000, which means a decrease by 8% in relation to the volume of revenues achieved in March 2019 (PLN 75,208,000).

Cumulatively, the revenues for the period from 01 January to 31 March 2020 were at the level of PLN 155,679,000, which constitutes a 0,3% decrease in relation to the revenues recorded in the corresponding period of last year, which reached PLN 156,212,000.

The amount of revenue obtained in March 2020 was influenced by the postponement of the tyre replacement season due to weather conditions (significantly lower temperatures in March 2020 compared to March 2019) and a decrease in orders in Poland and in European countries (especially Italy, France and Spain), where an epidemic was declared due to the spread of the SARS-COV-2 virus causing COVID-19 disease.

Due to the fact that it is not possible to estimate the duration of the current situation and its further development, and due to the unpredictability of external factors, it is not possible to provide precise figures on the potential impact of the current situation on Company’s financial revenues in the following months.
