The Company net sales revenue generated in October 2020

The Management Board of OPONEO.PL S.A. announces that the preliminary volume of net sales revenue generated by the Company in October 2020 amounts to PLN 128,674 thousand, which means a 12% decline compared to the volume of revenue gained in October 2019 (PLN 146,836 thousand).

 

Cumulatively, revenue for the period from 1 January to 31 October 2020 amounted to PLN 709,764 thousand, which represents a 7% increase compared to the revenue of PLN 662,878 thousand recorded in the corresponding period of the previous year.

 

The amount of revenue generated in October 2020 was affected by a decrease in orders due to unfavourable weather conditions for the industry; October saw significantly higher temperatures compared to the corresponding month of 2019, which may result in the postponement of the tyre replacement season. Moreover, the number of orders was affected by the reintroduction of economic and social austerity measures as a result of the rapid increase in incidence of SARS-COV-2 virus disease as well as by declines in new passenger car sales.
