The Management Board of OPONEO.PL S.A. informs that on 29 December 2020 the Issuer received a declaration of resignation of Mr Paweł Sznajder from his membership in the Supervisory Board of the Company effective as of 29 December 2020.
The resignation was justified by the acquisition by OPONEO.PL S.A. of 10,000,000 shares in Rotopino.pl S.A. representing 100% of the share capital and the resulting legal prohibition on combining the position of President of the Management Board of Rotopino.pl S.A. with the membership in the Supervisory Board of OPONEO.PL S.A.
The Issuer announces that it will take the necessary steps to complete the composition of the Supervisory Board of the Company.
