Resignation from membership in the Supervisory Board

The Management Board of OPONEO.PL S.A. informs that on 9 August 2017 the Issuer received a declaration on resignation of Mr Ryszard Zawieruszyński from his membership in the Supervisory Board of the Company effective as at 31 August 2017.

The reason for the resignation was that the share of OPONEO.PL S.A. in Dadelo Sp. z o.o. had exceeded 50% and the resulting legal ban on joining the function of the President of the Management Board of Dadelo Sp. z o.o. with that of a Member of the Supervisory Board of OPONEO.PL S.A. The choice of the President of the Management Board of Dadelo Sp. z o.o. and the resignation, resulting solely from formal requirements, from the membership in the Supervisory Board of OPONEO.PL S.A. results from the significance attached by OPONEO.PL Group to the project of DADELO in the promising area of online sales of bicycles and bike accessories and parts.

It is important that Mr Ryszard Zawieruszyński serves the function of the President of the Management Board of Dadelo Sp. z o.o. particularly in the first period of the company operations because it will allow for efficient transfer and use of experience gained in the previous projects implemented in OPONEO.PL Group.

The Issuer informs that necessary steps will be taken to complete the composition of the Company's supervisory body.
