Publication dates of interim reports in 2023
The Management Board of the Company OPONEO.PL S.A. with its registered office in Bydgoszcz hereby publicly announces the publication dates of interim reports in 2023.
1. Annual reports:
- Consolidated annual report of OPONEO.PL Group for 2022 - 5 April 2023,
- Separate annual report of OPONEO.PL S.A. for 2022 - 5 April 2023.
2. Consolidated interim report - 17 August 2023.
- Consolidated quarterly reports containing the quarterly financial information:
- for Q1 2023 - 24 May 2023
- for Q3 2023 - 08 November 2023
The Management Board of the Company informs that in accordance with §62(1) and (3) of the Regulation on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (the "Regulation"), the Company will not publish separate standalone quarterly reports and the standalone semi-annual report, while the consolidated quarterly reports and the consolidated semi-annual report will contain, respectively, quarterly financial information and the condensed semi-annual financial statements, including the report of the audit firm reviewing these statements.
Pursuant to §79(2) of the Regulation, the Company will not publish the quarterly report and the consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2022 and for the second quarter of 2023.
