The Management Board of OPONEO.PL S.A. with its registered office in Bydgoszcz (hereinafter: the “Company”) announces that on 7 November 2023 it received from Aegon Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw, representing Aegon Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny [Aegon Open-Ended Pension Fund] a notification of a change in the share of the total number of votes in the Company below the threshold of 5%.
