The Management Board of OPONEO.PL S.A. with its registered office in Bydgoszcz (hereinafter: the “Company”) announces that on 07 November 2023 it received from Generali Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw, managing Generali Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny and Generali Dobrowolny Fundusz Emerytalny (jointly referred to as “the Funds”) a notification of a change in the share of the total number of votes in the Company below the threshold of 15% by the Funds.
