OPONEO.PL S.A. Management Board with its registered office in Bydgoszcz announces that on 6 February 2023 it received from Generali Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the Society) a notification that the investment funds managed by the Society exceeded the threshold of 15% in the total number of votes at the Company's General Meeting as a result of the takeover of the management of the NNLife OFE and NNLife DFE funds by the Society.
