The Management Board of OPONEO.PL S.A. with its registered office in Bydgoszcz (hereinafter: the “Company”) informs that on 25 July 2023, it received from Generali Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter: the “Society”) the notification that Generali Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (hereinafter: “Generali OFE”) exceeded the threshold of 15% in the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company as a result of the completion of the liquidation of NNLife Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (NNLife Open-Ended Pension Fund) and the transfer of its assets to Generali OFE.
