Notice on increasing the share by 2% and over 25% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of OPONEO.PL S.A. with its registered office in Bydgoszcz

The Management Board of OPONEO.PL S.A. announces that on 24 April 2020 it received a notification from Mr Ryszard Zawieruszyński on increasing the share in the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of OPONEO.PL S.A. by 2% and over 25%.

 

The increase of the share in the total number of votes in OPONEO.PL S.A. by 2% and over 25% was a result of the purchase of 455,559 (in words: four hundred and fifty-five thousand five hundred and fifty-nine) shares of the Company on the regulated market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange on 23 April 2020.

 

As of 23 April 2020, the number of OPONEO.PL S.A. shares held by Ryszard Zawieruszyński amounts to 3,531,200 (in words: three million five hundred and thirty-one thousand and two hundred), which constitute 25.33% of the Company's share capital and entitle to 3,531,200 (in words: three million five hundred and thirty-one thousand and two hundred) votes at the Company's General Meeting.

 

Before the transaction resulting in an increase in the total number of votes, the number of shares held was 3,075,641 (in words: three million seventy-five thousand six hundred forty-one) shares of OPONEO.PL S.A., which constituted 22.07% of the share capital and entitled to 3,075,641 (in words: three million seventy-five thousand six hundred forty-one) votes, which constituted 22.07% of the total number of votes at the Company's General Meeting.

 

Furthermore, according to the notification from Ryszard Zawieruszyński, there are no persons referred to in Art. 87(1)(3)(c) of 29 July 2005 on public offering, conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organised trading, and public companies.

 

The total number of shares of OPONEO.PL S.A. and the number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of OPONEO.PL S.A. amounts to 13,936,000.
