Notice on decreasing the share by over 2% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of OPONEO.PL S.A. with its registered office in Bydgoszcz

The Management Board of OPONEO.PL S.A. announces that on 04 September 2020 it received a notification from Mr Ryszard Zawieruszyński on decreasing the share in the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of OPONEO.PL S.A. by over 2%.

 

This decrease in the total number of votes in the Company by more than 2% was due to a block transaction concluded by Ryszard Zawieruszyński, an OTC sale of 450,000 (in words: four hundred and fifty thousand) shares on the regulated market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange on 02 September 2020.

 

After the change of shareholding, the number of OPONEO.PL S.A. shares held by Ryszard Zawieruszyński amounts to 3,081,200 (in words: three million eighty-one thousand and two hundred), which constitute 21.1% of the Company's share capital and entitle to 3,531,200 (in words: three million eighty-one thousand and two hundred) votes at the Company's General Meeting.

 

Before the transaction resulting in the decrease in the total number of votes, the number of shares held was 3,531,200 (in words: three million five hundred and thirty-one thousand and two hundred) shares of OPONEO.PL S.A., which constituted 25.33% of the share capital and entitled to 3,531,200 (in words: three million five hundred and thirty-one thousand and two hundred) votes, which constituted 25.33% of the total number of votes at the Company's General Meeting.

 

Furthermore, according to the notification from Ryszard Zawieruszyński, there are no persons referred to in Art. 87(1)(3)(c) of 29 July 2005 on public offering, conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organised trading, and public companies.

 

The total number of shares of OPONEO.PL S.A. and the number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of OPONEO.PL S.A. amounts to 13,936,000.
