Nomination of the candidate for the Member of the Supervisory Board of OPONEO.PL S.A.
The Management Board of OPONEO.PL S.A. with its registered office in Bydgoszcz (hereinafter: the “Company”) informs of receiving on 4 July 2023 from Generali Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw acting on behalf of:
- Generali Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (Generali Open-Ended Pension Fund) entered in the Register of Pension Funds kept by the District Court in Warsaw, 7th Civil and Registry Division under number RFE 10 and
- NNLife Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (NNLife Open-Ended Pension Fund) entered in the Register of Pension Funds kept by the District Court in Warsaw, 7th Civil and Registry Division under number RFE 3,
the Company shareholders holding at least 1/20 of the share capital, the nomination of Mr Rafał Markiewicz as a candidate for the Member of the Supervisory Board, in connection with the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company Shareholders convened on 12 July 2023 and the item of the agenda covering changes in the composition of the Supervisory Board.
The Issuer informs that the candidate has agreed to stand as the candidate for the Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company. The CV of the candidate and the submitted declarations are attached to this report.
