The Management Board of OPONEO.PL S.A. announces publicly that on December 09, 2013, the Company has finalized the sale transaction of operating assets relates to an Internet electronic forum Edaboard.com for a total amount of USD 720 000 (hereinafter: seven hundred and twenty thousand U.S. dollars U.S.) to WTWH MEDIA, LLC (dba Design World). Edaboard.com the English language version forum on electronics, on where users (mainly from India and the USA) share their knowledge engineering. The design of this forum was developed by OPONEO.PL SA within the framework of one of several advanced technology projects on the Internet and after obtaining the appropriate level of growth was sold to to U.S. investor who will continue to lead this project independently.
