Decision of the Management Board of OPONEO.PL S.A. to discontinue the publication of information on the monthly estimated revenues of the Company

The Management Board of OPONEO.PL S.A. with its registered office in Bydgoszcz (hereinafter: the “Company”) announces that it has decided to discontinue publishing information on the Company's estimated monthly revenues.

The decision to cease the publication is the result of the Management Board's analysis of the rationale of communicating preliminary, unaudited information to the public on a monthly basis.

The Management Board of OPONEO.PL S.A. will communicate all relevant information on the activities of the Company and the Capital Group and financial results to the Shareholders through the publication of current and periodic reports, in accordance with the applicable regulations.
