The Management Board of OPONEO.PL S.A. with its registered office in Bydgoszcz (hereinafter: the “Company”) informs that on 19 April 2023 it adopted the resolution concerning the change in the existing Dividend Policy announced in the report no. 24/2022 of 14 April 2022.
The change introduced is intended to increase the Management Board's ability to recommend the amount of dividends to be paid, while maintaining a minimum level of 10% of the generated net profit for the financial year concerned. The final recommendations will take into account the factors indicated in the Dividend Policy on a case by case basis.
The current Dividend Policy is attached hereto.
