Appointment of a member of the Supervisory Board of OPONEO.PL S.A.
The Management Board of OPONEO.PL S.A. with its registered office in Bydgoszcz (hereinafter: the “Company”) informs that on 31 October 2023, the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of OPONEO.PL S.A. adopted a resolution on the appointment of Mr Adam Knothe as a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company.
In accordance with the declaration submitted earlier, Mr Adam Knothe is not engaged in any activity which would be competitive to the Company's business, is not a partner in a competitive civil law company or partnership and is not a member of a governing body of any other legal person competitive to OPONEO.PL S.A.

The new member of the Supervisory Board is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
